Important reminders!

Do not pack passports, travel documents, prescription medication or valuables. Please check the sailing times and note that you should arrive at the port not later than one hour prior to departure. Allow enough time to reach the vessel. Passengers who are not at the check in 1 hour prior departure are considered as no - show. Allow sufficient time from your flight arrival at the airport to the port, taking into consideration possible heavy traffic.

Embarkation Procedures

Embarkation commences three hours before the departure time of the vessel for 7 day cruises and 2 hours prior departure for 3 & 4 day cruises. Passport/ID card, cruise ticket or voucher should be ready to present to the embarkation staff. For fast embarkation/disembarkation at each port's of call, the ship's staff will collect and retain your Passport/ ID Card for the duration of the cruise. A receipt will be given to you; this should be presented at the designated time when Passports/ID cards will be returned to you prior to your final disembarkation. At the check-in you will be issued with your own personal embarkation card which will act as your security card to embark/disembark the vessel as well as your onboard payment card.
